Q. I no longer need the book I have reserved. Can I cancel the reservation?
If you haven’t received an e-mail that the book you’ve requested is ready for pick-up, you can cancel the reservation on the Tamcat database by logging in to your account. Choose the “Holds and Recalls” –tab and tick the book(s) you’d like to cancel the reservation to. Then click “Cancel selected holds”.
If you have received a notification that your book is ready for pick-up, the only way to cancel the reservation is to call the library your book has arrived to: Linna (tel. +358 40 190 9696) or Arvo (tel. +358 40 190 4236).

Reservations that haven’t been picked up or canceled will result in a fee of 1 euro.
