Q. Why can’t I access the e-resources remotely?


Please note that only university students and staff have remote access to the e-resources. Other customers can browse electronic materials only when using a device that’s logged in to the university campus network.

If you’ve got problems accessing an e-book, please make sure you have logged in to Tamcat (https://tamcat.finna.fi/?lng=en-gb). Andor does not always relay the login information to Tamcat seamlessly. Some e-material providers also require users to make a separate account for their website.
